Insurer Fee definition

Insurer Fee has the meaning set forth in the Insurance Agreement.

Insurer Fee means the annual fee the Contractor is required to pay pursuant to Section 9010 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Integrated Care Plan (ICP) means one of the Utah Medicaid Integrated Care MCOs. Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) means an institution that provides health related care and services to individuals who do not require the degree of care that hospitals or skilled nursing facilities provide, but because of their physical or mental condition require care and services above the level of room and board. Intermediate Care Facility for the Intellectually Disabled (ICF/ID) means an intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Legacy Medicaid Population means the eligible membership groups of children 0-18, Xxxxxx Care and Subsidized Adoption, pregnant women, blind and disabled, aged, members eligible under the cancer program, and adults on Family Medicaid programs. Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) means a specialty-care hospital designed for patients with serious medical problems that require intense, special treatment for an extended period of time. Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) means services and supports provided to beneficiaries of all ages who have functional limitations and/or chronic illnesses that have the primary purpose of supporting the ability of the beneficiary to live or work in the setting of their choice, which may include the individual’s home, a worksite, a provider-owned or controlled residential setting, a nursing facility, or other institutional setting. Managed Care Organization (MCO) means an entity that has, or is seeking to qualify for, a Comprehensive Risk Contract, and that is:

Examples of Insurer Fee in a sentence

  • On each Distribution Date, the Trustee shall pay to the PMI Insurer the PMI Insurer Fee for such Distribution Date from the amounts on deposit in the Distribution Account prior to making any distributions to the Certificateholders.

More Definitions of Insurer Fee

Insurer Fee. With respect to each Covered Mortgage Loan, an amount payable monthly and equal to the product of (a) 1/12th of the Insurer Fee Rate and (b) the scheduled principal balance of such Covered Mortgage Loan as of the first day of each month.
Insurer Fee means, as of any Settlement Date, the premiums due to the Series Support Provider, as calculated pursuant to the Premium Letter.

  • Servicer Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(a).

  • Certificate Insurer Default The existence and continuance of any of the following:

  • Broker Fee shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2(b)(v).

  • Special Servicing Fee shall have the meaning given to such term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Insurance Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 6.12(b).

  • Arranger Fee means a fee charged by the Arranger in relation to each Series of ETP Securities, as modified by the Arranger from time to time, as set out in the Base Prospectus of the Issuer.

  • Insurance Add-On Amount means the premium charged to the Obligor in the event that the Servicer obtains Force-Placed Insurance pursuant to Section 4.4.

  • Developer Fee means the fee earned by the Developer.

  • Insurer Default means the occurrence and continuance of any of the following events:

  • LPMI Fee With respect to each LPMI Loan, the portion of the Mortgage Interest Rate as set forth on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule (which shall be payable solely from the interest portion of Monthly Payments, Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds or Liquidation Proceeds), which, during such period prior to the required cancellation of the LPMI Policy, shall be used to pay the premium due on the related LPMI Policy.

  • User Fee means all charges, costs, fees, tariff and other amounts by whatever name called, collected by the Developer from the users, pursuant to this Agreement, for usage of the Project.

  • Provider fee means the consideration paid for a service contract.

  • Note Insurer Default The existence and continuance of any of the following:

  • Special Servicing Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Insurance Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan insured by an Insurance Policy paid for by the lender, the per annum rate specified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Special Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan and each REO Loan, 0.25% per annum.

  • General Servicing Fee With respect to each Due Period and any Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (i) the General Servicing Fee Rate and (ii) the outstanding principal balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the related Determination Date. The General Servicing Fee is payable solely from, the interest portion (including recoveries with respect to interest from Liquidation Proceeds to the extent permitted by Section 3.02 of this Agreement) of such Monthly Payments collected by the Servicer, or as otherwise provided under this Agreement. General Servicing Fee Rate: 0.50% per annum.

  • L/C Fee Payment Date the last day of each March, June, September and December and the last day of the Revolving Credit Commitment Period.

  • Total Servicing Fee means the sum of the Basic Servicing Fee and the Supplemental Servicing Fee.

  • Certificate Insurance Policy The Financial Guaranty Insurance Policy No. CA01172A, and all endorsements thereto dated the Closing Date, issued by the Certificate Insurer for the benefit of the Class AF-3 Certificateholders.

  • Disclosable Special Servicer Fees With respect to any Serviced Loan or related REO Property, any compensation and other remuneration (including, without limitation, in the form of commissions, brokerage fees and rebates) received or retained by the Special Servicer or any of its Affiliates that is paid by any Person (including, without limitation, the Trust, any Mortgagor, any Manager, any guarantor or indemnitor in respect of a Serviced Loan and any purchaser of any Serviced Loan or REO Property (or an interest in an REO Property related to a Serviced Loan Combination, if applicable) in connection with the disposition, workout or foreclosure of any Serviced Loan, the management or disposition of any REO Property, and the performance by the Special Servicer or any such Affiliate of any other special servicing duties under this Agreement, other than (1) any compensation which is payable to the Special Servicer under this Agreement and that is set forth in a report that is part of the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) for the applicable period, and (2) any Permitted Special Servicer/Affiliate Fees. For the avoidance of doubt, any compensation or other remuneration that an entity acting in the capacities of both the Master Servicer and Special Servicer is entitled to in its capacity as Master Servicer pursuant to this Agreement will not constitute Disclosable Special Servicer Fees.

  • Special Servicing Compensation With respect to any Serviced Mortgage Loan, Serviced Loan Combination or REO Property (other than an REO Property related to an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan), any of the Special Servicing Fee, the Workout Fee, and the Liquidation Fee which shall be due to the Special Servicer.

  • Yield Maintenance Amount means, with respect to any Note, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of the Discounted Value of the Called Principal of such Note over the sum of (i) such Called Principal plus (ii) interest accrued thereon as of (including interest due on) the Settlement Date with respect to such Called Principal. The Yield-Maintenance Amount shall in no event be less than zero.

  • Transfer Fee means the fee payable by the Hirer to the Employment Business in accordance with clause 3.7, as permitted by Regulation 10 of the Conduct Regulations;

  • Fee Payment Date (a) the third Business Day following the last day of each March, June, September and December and (b) the last day of the Revolving Commitment Period.

  • Independent Manager Fee is defined in Section 4.01(a) of the LLC Agreement.
