Interchange Company definition

Interchange Company means any Company during that period of time for which it maintains or participates in an Interchange Company Plan subject to an Interchange Agreement.
Interchange Company means a company, other than an Affiliated Employer, which is identified in an Interchange Agreement as a company with respect to which service credit will be recognized under this Plan.
Interchange Company means a company, other than a Participating Company, which is a party to an Interchange Agreement and any affiliate or subsidiary of such company identified in that Interchange Agreement.
