The Interest Calculation Agent will, as soon as practicable after the Relevant Time on each Interest Determination Date, determine the Interest Rate and calculate the Interest Amounts for the relevant Interest Period.

The Interest Calculation Agent may not resign its duties or be removed without a successor having been appointed as aforesaid.
If for any reason the Interest Calculation Agent cannot determine the Benchmark as set out above, the Benchmark shall be determined by the Interest Calculation Agent in such manner as it deems appropriate, acting in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner.
