Interface Problem definition

Interface Problem has the meaning set forth in Section 1 of Part 5 of the Product Assurance Document.
Interface Problem has the meaning given to it in Clause 3.1 of Appendix E (Warranties).
Interface Problem means a technical problem in the operation of the Aircraft or its systems experienced by Customer, the cause of which is not readily identified by Customer but which Customer reasonably believes to be attributable to either the design characteristics or the systems of the Aircraft or the workmanship used in the installation of Supplier Parts.

  • Such corrective action, unless reasonably rejected by the Buyer, will constitute full satisfaction of any claim the Buyer may have against either the Seller or any such Supplier with respect to such Interface Problem.

  • If the Seller determines that the Interface Problem is primarily attributable to the design of a Warranted Part, the Seller shall, if so requested by the Buyer and pursuant to the terms and conditions of Clause 12.1, correct the design of such Warranted Part to the extent of the Seller’s obligation as defined in Clause 12.1.

  • Such corrective action when accepted by the Buyer shall constitute full satisfaction of any claim the Buyer may have against either the Seller or any such Supplier with respect to such Interface Problem.

Related to Interface Problem

Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.

  • functionality means the ability of a tenderer to provide goods or services in accordance with specifications as set out in the tender documents.

  • Feedback means input regarding the SAP Products, services, business or technology plans, including, without limitation, comments or suggestions regarding the possible creation, modification, correction, improvement or enhancement of the SAP Products and/or services, or input as to whether Partner believes SAP’s development direction is consistent with their own business and IT needs.
