Interim Acceptance definition

Interim Acceptance means the achievement of performance of the Services pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.4 hereof.

  • This procedure shall be repeated until (a) Provisional Acceptance, Interim Acceptance or Final Acceptance of the Facility is achieved or (b) a Plan relating to the Facility is approved by Owner and the Independent Engineer.
