Intermediate care facility for the mentally retarded means an intermediate care facility that provides health or rehabilitative services in a planned program of activities to, persons with intellectual disability, also including but not limited to cerebral palsy and other conditions by the Federal Developmentally Disabled Assistance and Bill of Rights Act, Public Law 94-103.
