Internal Candidate definition

Internal Candidate means the in-scope employee, including probationary employees, covered by the provisions of this Collective Agreement. Qualified applicants from within the Bargaining unit will be given first consideration for posted in-scope positions.

Internal Candidate means any regular Academy employee.
