International LNG Vessel Standards definition

International LNG Vessel Standards means to the extent not inconsistent with the express requirements of the Common Terms Agreement, the international standards and practices applicable to the ownership, design, equipment, operation or maintenance of LNG vessels established by: (i) the International Maritime Organization, (ii) the Oil Companies International Marine Forum, (iii) SIGTTO (or any successor body of the same), (iv) the International Navigation Association, (v) the International Association of Classification Societies, and (vi) any other internationally recognized agency or non-governmental organization with whose standards and practices it is customary for reasonable and prudent operators of LNG vessels to comply. In the event of a conflict between any of the priorities noted above, the priority with the lowest Roman numeral noted above shall prevail.
International LNG Vessel Standards means, those standards, practices, recommendations and guidelines from time to time applicable to the ownership, operatorship, design, equipment, operation and/or maintenance of LNG vessels, including those established by the IMO, the OCIMF, SIGTTO and the International Navigation Association (PIANC) and/or any other internationally recognised agency or organisation with whose standards and practices it is customary for first class international operators of such LNG vessels or facilities to comply, including the International Code for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Liquefied Gases in Bulk and the LNG Custody Manual.
International LNG Vessel Standards means, to the extent not inconsistent with the expressed requirements of this Agreement, the international standards and practices applicable to the ownership, design, equipment, operation or maintenance of LNG vessels established by the following (such standards to apply in the following order of priority): (i) a Governmental Authority; (ii) the International Maritime Organization; (iii) SIGTTO; and (iv) any other internationally recognized non-governmental agency or organization with whose standards and practices it is customary for Reasonable and Prudent Operators of LNG vessels to comply. In the event of a conflict between any of the priorities noted above, the priority with the lowest roman numeral noted above shall prevail.

International LNG Vessel Standards means, to the extent not inconsistent with the expressed requirements of this Agreement, the international standards and practices applicable to the ownership, design, equipment, operation or maintenance of LNG vessels established by the following (such standards to apply in the following order of priority): (a) a Governmental Authority; (b) the International Maritime Organization; (c) SIGTTO; and (d) any other internationally recognized non-governmental agency or organization with whose standards and practices it is customary for Reasonable and Prudent Operators of LNG vessels to comply.
International LNG Vessel Standards means those standards and practices, from time to time applicable to the ownership, design, equipment, operation and/or maintenance of LNG vessels, including those established by the IMO, the OCIMF, International Group of Liquefied Natural Gas Importers (GIIGNL), SIGTTO and the International Navigation Association (PIANC) (or any successor body of the same) and/or any other internationally recognised agency or organisation with whose standards and practices it is customary for international operators of such LNG vessels or facilities to comply, it being agreed that in the event of a conflict between a mandatory Applicable Law and a standard or practice referred to in this definition, the Applicable Law will prevail.

International LNG Vessel Standards means, to the extent not inconsistent with the express requirements of this ACCESS ARRANGEMENT or APPLICABLE LAWS, the international standards and practices applicable to the ownership, design, construction (including the International Code for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Liquefied Gases in Bulk), equipment, operation and maintenance of LNG vessels established by the following (such standards to apply in the following order of priority): (a) a GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY; (b) the International Maritime Organisation; and

(IACS); (iv) the Oil Companies International Marine Forum (OCIMF); (v) the Society of International Gas Tanker and Terminal Operators (SIGTTO); and (vi) any other internationally recognized agency or non-governmental organization with whose standards and practices it is customary for Reasonable and Prudent Operators of LNG vessels similar to those applicable to this Agreement, to comply, provided, however, that in the event of a conflict between any of the priorities noted above, the priority with the lowest roman numeral noted above shall prevail;
