Internet Banking Terms and Conditions means any terms and conditions provided to you for acceptance before you use Internet Banking and from time to time while you subscribe to this service.

  • In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Internet Banking Terms and Conditions, this Agreement controls.

  • The provisions relating to “passwords” of our Internet Banking Terms and Conditions of Use, in particular in the “Passwords and Security”, and “Instructions” also apply to your PIN and access to your account using the service and your PIN.

  • You will be deemed to have accepted our Internet Banking Terms and Conditions online when you log in to the Internet Banking Service.

  • Switching and Tagging Rules means the switching and tagging procedures of Interconnected Transmission Owners and Interconnection Customer as they may be amended from time to time.

  • Agreed Terms means, in relation to a document, such document in the terms agreed between the Seller and the Purchaser and signed for identification by the Purchaser and the Seller with such alterations as may be agreed in writing between the Seller and the Purchaser from time to time;

  • Optional Services means services that a USF Service Provider is authorized but not required to provide pursuant to the USF Services and Subsidy Agreement and any Licences held by a USF Service Provider;
