Internet Rights definition

Internet Rights has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(a)(iv).
Internet Rights means digital or other new media transmission means now known or hereinafter devised (including via Internet, wired, wireless and mobile transmission), whether done by any form of streaming or encrypted download that is not a permanent copy.

More Definitions of Internet Rights

Internet Rights has the meaning set forth in Section 5.20(h).
Internet Rights means all internet domain names or URLs owned, controlled or registered by or in the name of the Obligor (including all Core Domain Names, Related Domain Names, Commercialized Domain Names, and Inert Domain Names), including those listed on Annex 6, 7, or 8 and all rights of whatever nature relating thereto, all rights to all websites and their contents, all web-hosting agreements, and all other contracts (including all subscription agreements) relating to websites, the names, formatting, management and site maps of the same, all subscription lists with respect thereto, all other rights of every kind and nature with respect thereto including accounts receivable and commercial tort claims relating to any Internet Rights, and all proceeds of any of the foregoing, including from internet downloading of content from the same.
Internet Rights as used herein shall mean all domain name registrations used, owned or reserved by the Seller in connection with the Business or necessary to conduct the Business as set forth on Schedule 4.1(g)(iii) hereto.
