Interruptible Service Contract (ISC means a contractual arrangement in which a utility distribution company provides lower energy costs to a nonresidential electrical customer in exchange for the ability to reduce or interrupt the customer's electrical service during a Stage 2 or Stage 3 alert, or during a transmission emergency.
