Intersection Improvements definition

Intersection Improvements means the improvements at the intersections of SR 128 and BIA 93, and at SR 128 and the Emergency Access Road, as provided in Section 16.4 and Exhibit A.
Intersection Improvements means those improvements to the Hard Road and Sawmill Road intersection (Dublin Capital Improvement Project No. ET0605) which shall include the addition of right-turn lanes, additional left-turn lanes and modifications to the traffic signal, sidewalks, shared-use paths, storm drainage, pavement markings and regulatory signage.
Intersection Improvements means installation of a hybrid roundabout with the following configuration:  Eastbound: Through/left lane, through lane and right turn lane Westbound: Through/left lane, through lane and right turn lane Northbound: Through/left/right lane and right turn lane Southbound: Left turn lane, through/left/right lane and right turn lane This also includes appropriate merging of a four-lane section to the two-lane section west of the roundabout, street lights, stormwater drainage facilities and appropriate traffic signage and striping.

More Definitions of Intersection Improvements

Intersection Improvements means the improvements to the intersection of Bruton Road, Sam Houston Road and Peachtree Road that the City is required to construct in Article VII of this Agreement.
Intersection Improvements are defined in Section 3.12.4.
Intersection Improvements means the installation of traffic signals at Winchester Road and Thornton Road intersection and construction of such other structures as described and illustrated in Schedule “A” of this Agreement and more specifically set out in the construction contract drawings prepared by Parsons, dated November 23, 2017;

Related to Intersection Improvements

  • Minimum Improvements means devoting the Development Property to its intended Use and construction of approximately a square foot parking facility for use as parking for the Developer as identified and set forth in Exhibit C and constructed in accordance with the Construction Plans submitted to and approved by the Authority. After completion of the Minimum Improvements, the term shall mean the Development Property as improved by the Minimum Improvements.

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Licensee Improvements means any improvement, enhancement, modification, derivative work or upgrade to any of Licensor Patent Rights made, conceived, reduced to practice, affixed or otherwise developed by or on behalf of Licensee during the term of this Agreement and solely as exercised under the License.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Improvements means the buildings, structures, improvements, and alterations now constructed or at any time in the future constructed or placed upon the Land, including any future replacements and additions.

  • Joint Improvements means Improvements conceived or first reduced to practice jointly by (a) one or more employees of, or others obligated to assign inventions to, ImmunoGen or any Affiliate of ImmunoGen, and (b) one or more employees of, or others obligated to assign inventions to, Novartis or any Affiliate of Novartis.

  • Private Improvements means the improvements to be constructed on the Property that are not Public Improvements.

  • Improvement Costs means any additional expenditure on a fixed asset that materially increases the capacity of the asset or materially improves its functioning or represents more than 10% of the initial depreciation base of the asset;

  • Public Improvements means only the following improvements: housing facilities; garbage disposal plants; rubbish disposal plants; incinerators; transportation systems, including plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with those systems; sewage disposal systems, including sanitary sewers, combined sanitary and storm sewers, plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with the collection, treatment, or disposal of sewage or industrial wastes; storm water systems, including storm sewers, plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with the collection, treatment, or disposal of storm water; water supply systems, including plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with obtaining a water supply, the treatment of water, or the distribution of water; utility systems for supplying light, heat, or power, including plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with those systems; approved cable television systems, approved cable communication systems, or telephone systems, including plants, works,

  • Public improvement costs means the costs of:

  • Quality Improvement means a focus on activities to improve performance above minimum standards and reasonably expected levels of performance, quality and practice.

  • Maximum medical improvement means a point in time when any medically

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Substitute Improvements means the substitute or additional improvements of the Issuer described in Article V hereof.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Energy efficiency improvement means equipment, devices, or materials intended to decrease energy consumption, including, but not limited to, all of the following:

  • Non-Public Works and Improvements means all competitively solicited procurement of Supplies and/or Services by the City not solicited as Public Works.

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);
