Inventory Period definition

Inventory Period shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.3.1.

More Definitions of Inventory Period

Inventory Period means, in respect of each Store, the period beginning on the Inventory Commencement Date for such Store and ending on the Inventory Conclusion Date for such Store.
Inventory Period shall commence on the day that Coldwell Banker signs a contract of sale to purchase an Employee’s Home or the Employee vacates the Home, whichever comes later, and shall end on the day that Coldwell Banker closes the resale of such Home to a third-party purchaser.
