Investigative Team definition

Investigative Team means a contingent of specially trained and qualified detectives employed by participating agencies, assigned as members of the Regional Major Crimes Team, and tasked with responding to defined law enforcement-involved fatalities or serious injury incidents, major crimes, or other serious incidentspecial request at the request of the participating agency with primary geographic or territorial jurisdiction.

Examples of Investigative Team in a sentence

  • Whenever an incident takes place that may result in disciplinary action, (other than a written reprimand which is subject to appeal as identified in section H, written reprimands) which may include a suspension, demotion or termination, a Joint Investigative Team (JIT) comprised of Fire Department management employee(s) and an officer(s) of the Union shall convene to investigate the incident.

  • The Investigative Team shall suspend any statistical analysis for the Project until the PUF Task Force has reviewed and approved any such change.

  • The Investigative Team acknowledges that, depending on the nature of the proposed changes, the PUF Task Force may need to conduct an additional internal review, and that STS provides no assurance that the PUF Task Force will approve the proposed changes.

  • If STS disagrees with the presentation or interpretation of the data in a proposed abstract or manuscript, then the Investigative Team shall delay submission for an additional period not to exceed thirty (30) days for the purpose of meeting with STS representatives to attempt in good faith to resolve the disagreement.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Investigative Team will create and maintain appropriate safeguards to prevent any further unauthorized reproduction, distribution, use, or disclosure by its own personnel or by any third parties.

  • The Investigative Team acknowledges that if the Project is not completed within 6 months, the PUF Task Force may approve a similar or closely related proposal submitted by other investigators unless the PUF Task Force has granted an extension.

  • Upon the use of deadly force by a law enforcement employee, the Northern Utah Critical Incident Investigative Team Protocol is automatically enacted.

  • The Investigative Team and its members’ respective employees and agents shall maintain the confidentiality of this information, and shall not sell, license, publish, display, distribute, disclose or otherwise make available this information to any third party nor use such information except as authorized by this Agreement.

  • As consideration for the intellectual property licensed by STS under this Agreement, the Principal Investigator (on behalf of himself or herself and the Investigative Team) shall pay to STS as a royalty an amount based on the volume of data to be provided by STS in accordance with the Application, computed in accordance with the formula set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated herein, within thirty (30) days after receipt of an invoice therefor from STS.

Related to Investigative Team

  • Investigative information means information, records, and documents received or generated by a physical therapy licensing board pursuant to an investigation.

  • Complaint Investigation means an investigation of any complaint that has been made to a proper authority that is not covered by an abuse investigation.

  • Investigation Committee means the Investigation Committee appointed by the Board under Regulation 5 of these Regulations;

  • Investigating Committee means any Officer/Committee appointed by Competent Authority to conduct investigation.

  • Experimental or Investigative means treatments, devices or prescription medications which are recommended by a Physician, but are not considered by the medical community as a whole to be safe and effective for the condition for which the treatments, devices or prescription medications are being used. This includes any treatments, procedures, facilities, equipment, drugs, drug usage, devices, or supplies not recognized as accepted medical practice, and any of those items requiring federal or other governmental agency approval not received at the time services are rendered.
