Investment Currency definition

Investment Currency means, in respect of a CLI, the original currency that the Customer places as specified in the relevant Order Form and Confirmation.
Investment Currency means, in respect of a Currency Linked Investment, the original currency that you place as a Currency Linked Investment (as specified in the relevant Order Form and Confirmation);
Investment Currency means, in relation to each Dual Currency Investment, the Currency in which the investment funds are denominated when received by the Bank, as set out in the relevant Transaction Confirmation;

  • The Reference Currency does not need to be identical to the Investment Currency.

More Definitions of Investment Currency

Investment Currency means, in relation to each Precious Metal Linked Investment, the Currency in which the Underlying Precious Metal are denominated when received by the Bank, as set out in the relevant Transaction Confirmation.;
Investment Currency means the currency in which the Investment is placed with the Bank which shall be an Eligible Currency (definition see below);
Investment Currency means the currency in which a Dual Currency Investment was initially placed; “Maturity Date” means the date specified in the Confirmation on which a Dual Currency Investment shall be repayable by the Bank to the Customer in accordance with provisions of this Section; “Start Date” means the date specified in the Confirmation on which the Bank debits the Investment Amount; and “Working Day” means a day on which banks in the country the currency of which was specified as the Investment Currency and the country the currency of which was specified as the Alternate Currency are open for business and shall not include any Saturday.
Investment Currency means, in respect of CLI, the original currency that the Customer places as specified in the
Investment Currency in relation to the Investment, means the currency in which the Investment is made as specified in the Wakala Deposit Form;
Investment Currency means the currency or Digital Assets in which the Subscription Fund is paid.
Investment Currency means the currency deposited by the Customer, received by the Bank and specified in the Confirmation Letter.
