Investor Defaulted Amount definition

Investor Defaulted Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Defaulted Amount for the related Due Period and (b) the Investor Percentage for such Due Period.
Investor Defaulted Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Allocable Defaulted Amount for the related Collection Period and (b) the average daily Floating Allocation Percentage for the related Collection Period.
Investor Defaulted Amount means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the product of the Defaulted Amount and the Floating Allocation Percentage as of the related Distribution Date.

More Definitions of Investor Defaulted Amount

Related to Investor Defaulted Amount

  • Defaulted Amount means, with respect to any Lender Party at any time, any amount required to be paid by such Lender Party to any Agent or any other Lender Party hereunder or under any other Loan Document at or prior to such time that has not been so paid as of such time, including, without limitation, any amount required to be paid by such Lender Party to (a) the Swing Line Bank pursuant to Section 2.02(b) to purchase a portion of a Swing Line Advance made by the Swing Line Bank, (b) the Issuing Bank pursuant to Section 2.03(c) to purchase a portion of a Letter of Credit Advance made by the Issuing Bank, (c) the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 2.02(e) to reimburse the Administrative Agent for the amount of any Advance made by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender Party, (d) any other Lender Party pursuant to Section 2.13 to purchase any participation in Advances owing to such other Lender Party and (e) any Agent or the Issuing Bank pursuant to Section 7.05 to reimburse such Agent or the Issuing Bank for such Lender Party’s ratable share of any amount required to be paid by the Lender Parties to such Agent or the Issuing Bank as provided therein. In the event that a portion of a Defaulted Amount shall be deemed paid pursuant to Section 2.15(b), the remaining portion of such Defaulted Amount shall be considered a Defaulted Amount originally required to be paid hereunder or under any other Loan Document on the same date as the Defaulted Amount so deemed paid in part.

  • Defaulted Amounts means any amounts on any Note (including, without limitation, the Redemption Price, the Fundamental Change Repurchase Price, principal and interest) that are payable but are not punctually paid or duly provided for.

  • Class A Investor Default Amount means, with respect to each Distribution Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Investor Default Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class A Floating Percentage for such Monthly Period.

  • Defaulted Asset Any Asset, Purchased Asset or Mortgage Loan, as applicable, (a) that is thirty (30) or more days (or, in the case of payments due at maturity, one (1) day) delinquent in the payment of principal, interest, fees, distributions or any other amounts payable under the related Mortgage Loan Documents, in each case, without regard to any waivers or modifications of, or amendments to, the related Mortgage Loan Documents, other than those that were disclosed in writing to Buyer prior to the Purchase Date of the related Purchased Asset, unless consented to by Buyer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, (b) for which there is a Representation Breach with respect to such Asset or Purchased Asset, other than an Approved Representation Exception, (c) for which there is a non-monetary default under the related Mortgage Loan Documents beyond any applicable notice or cure period in each case, without regard to any waivers or modifications of, or amendments to, the related Mortgage Loan Documents, other than those that were disclosed in writing to Buyer prior to the Purchase Date of the related Purchased Asset, (d) as to whose Underlying Obligor an Insolvency Event has occurred, (e) with respect to which there has been an extension, amendment, waiver or other modification to the terms of, or any collateral, guaranty or indemnity for, or the exercise of any material right or remedy of a holder (including all lending, corporate and voting rights, remedies, consents, approvals and waivers) of any related loan or participation document that has a material adverse effect on the value in such asset, as determined by Buyer, or (f) for which Seller or a Servicer has received notice of the foreclosure or proposed foreclosure of any Lien on the related Mortgaged Property; provided that with respect to any Senior Interest, in addition to the foregoing such Senior Interest will also be considered a Defaulted Asset to the extent that the Mortgage Loan would be considered a Defaulted Asset as described in this definition provided, however, in each case, without regard to any waivers or modifications of, or amendments to, the related Mortgage Loan Documents.

  • Invested Amount means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Class A Invested Amount as of such date, (b) the Class B Invested Amount as of such date and (c) the Collateral Invested Amount as of such date.

  • Defaulted Advance means, with respect to any Lender Party at any time, the portion of any Advance required to be made by such Lender Party to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01 or 2.02 at or prior to such time that has not been made by such Lender Party or by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender Party pursuant to Section 2.02(e) as of such time.   • Defaulted Account means an Account in which there are Defaulted Receivables.

  • Defaulted Note Purchase Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 12.

  • Mandatory Default Amount means the payment of 130% of the outstanding principal amount of this Note and accrued and unpaid interest hereon, in addition to the payment of all other amounts, costs, expenses and liquidated damages due in respect of this Note.

  • Class B Invested Amount means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Class B Initial Invested Amount, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Class B Certificateholders prior to such date, minus (c) the aggregate amount of Class B Investor Charge-Offs for all prior Distribution Dates, minus (d) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections allocated on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsection 4.08(a) (excluding any Reallocated Principal Collections that have resulted in a reduction in the Collateral Invested Amount pursuant to Section 4.08), minus (e) an amount equal to the amount by which the Class B Invested Amount has been reduced on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsection 4.06(a) and plus (f) the amount of Excess Spread and Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated and available on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsection 4.07(e) for the purpose of reimbursing amounts deducted pursuant to the foregoing clauses (c), (d) and (e); provided, however, that the Class B Invested Amount may not be reduced below zero.

  • Class D Invested Amount means, as of a date, an amount (not less than zero) equal to (a) the initial Note Balance of the Class D Notes, minus (b) the aggregate amount of any principal payments made to the Noteholders of the Class D Notes before that date, minus (c) the cumulative amount of unreimbursed Investor Charge-Offs applied to reduce the Class D Invested Amount under Section 4.3 of the Indenture Supplement before that date, minus (d) the cumulative amount of unreimbursed Reallocated Principal Collections applied to reduce the Class D Invested Amount under Section 4.4 of the Indenture Supplement before that date.

  • Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections means that portion of Group I Investor Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1997-1 pursuant to Section 4.10.

  • Defaulted Swap Termination Payment Any Swap Termination Payment required to be paid by the Trust to the Swap Provider pursuant to the Interest Rate Swap Agreement as a result of an Event of Default (as defined in the Interest Rate Swap Agreement) with respect to which the Swap Provider is the defaulting party or a Termination Event (as defined in the Interest Rate Swap Agreement) (other than Illegality or a Tax Event that is not a Tax Event Upon Merger (each as defined in the Interest Rate Swap Agreement )) with respect to which the Swap Provider is the sole Affected Party (as defined in the Interest Rate Swap Agreement).

  • Investor Percentage means for any Monthly Period, (a) with respect to Finance Charge Receivables and Default Amounts at any time and Principal Receivables during the Revolving Period, the Floating Investor Percentage and (b) with respect to Principal Receivables during the Controlled Accumulation Period or the Rapid Amortization Period, the Fixed Investor Percentage.

  • Aggregate Noteholders’ Principal Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Noteholders’ Regular Principal Distributable Amount as of such Distribution Date and (ii) the Aggregate Noteholders’ Priority Principal Distributable Amount as of such Distribution Date.

  • Additional Interest Amount means, with respect to Trust Securities of a given Liquidation Amount and/or a given period, the amount of Additional Interest paid by the Depositor on a Like Amount of Notes for such period.

  • Accreted Amount means, with respect to an Accreting Obligation, an amount equal to (A) the sum of (1) the original issue price of such obligation and (2) the portion of the amount payable at maturity that has accreted in accordance with the terms of the obligation (or as otherwise described below), less (B) any cash payments made by the obligor thereunder that, under the terms of such obligation, reduce the amount payable at maturity (unless such cash payments have been accounted for in the foregoing (A)(2)), in each case calculated as of the earlier of (x) the date on which any event occurs that has the effect of fixing the amount of a claim in respect of principal and (y) the Delivery Commencement Date or applicable Valuation Date, as the case may be. If “Include Accrued Interest” is specified as being applicable in the relevant Pricing Supplement, then such Accreted Amount shall include any accrued and unpaid periodic cash interest payments (as determined by the Calculation Agent). If an Accreting Obligation is expressed to accrete pursuant to a straight-line method or if such Obligation's yield to maturity is not specified in, nor implied from, the terms of such Obligation, then, for purposes of the foregoing (A)(2) above, the Accreted Amount shall be calculated using a rate equal to the yield to maturity of such Obligation. Such yield shall be determined on a semi-annual bond equivalent basis using the original issue price of such obligation and the amount payable at the scheduled maturity of such obligation, and shall be determined as of the earlier of (x) the date on which any event occurs that has the effect of fixing the amount of a claim in respect of principal and (y) the Delivery Commencement Date or applicable Valuation Date, as the case may be. The Accreted Amount shall exclude, in the case of an Exchangeable Obligation, any amount that may be payable under the terms of such obligation in respect of the value of the Equity Securities for which such obligation is exchangeable;

  • Default Excess means, with respect to any Defaulting Lender, the excess, if any, of such Defaulting Lender’s Pro Rata Share of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Loans of all Lenders (calculated as if all Defaulting Lenders (other than such Defaulting Lender) had funded all of their respective Defaulted Loans) over the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Loans of such Defaulting Lender.

  • Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Swing Line Participation Amount as defined in Section 2.7.

  • Designated Amount means the lesser of:
