Investor Guaranty definition

Investor Guaranty means a guaranty which may be executed and delivered by one or more Investor Guarantors in accordance with Section 6.19, in a form approved by Administrative Agent, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Investor Guaranty means the Credit Suisse Guaranty.

Investor Guaranty means that certain Guaranty dated as of the Third Amendment Effective Date executed by each of the Investor Guarantors in favor of Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Revolving Loan Lenders.

More Definitions of Investor Guaranty

Investor Guaranty means the limited guaranty made by Investor Guarantor in favor of NHC in the form attached as Exhibit B, or otherwise in form and substance reasonably acceptable to NHC, dated on or before the Initial Closing Date, and which shall remain in effect between the date hereof and the earliest of (a) the Termination Date and (b) the earliest date on which there could be no additional Closings with respect to the Project.
