Investor Member Units means the aggregate member of Units held by the Investor Members at the time of measurement.

Investor Member Units means Units that shall entitle a holder thereof to share in Net Profits, Net Losses, and other tax items of the Company, and in distributions of Distributable Cash and other assets of the Company, pursuant to this Agreement and the Act.
