Invitation to inquire definition

Invitation to inquire means an advertisement having as its objective the creation of a desire to inquire further about accident and sickness insurance and that is limited to a brief description of the loss for which benefits are payable. Any rate information mentioned in any advertisement disseminated pursuant to this section shall indicate the age, gender, and geographic location on which that rate is based.
