  • Redpoint shall not be obligated to provide Involuntary Detention Services for more than one (1) event to any single Traveler in any twelve (12) month period.

  • Redpoint reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether the Traveler is experiencing an Involuntary Detention event and the means or methods by with such Involuntary Detention Services will be provided.
