IP Licence definition

IP Licence means the licence or agreement pursuant to or under which any Intellectual Property is held, used or exploited by any Group member.
IP Licence means the intellectual property licence agreement between Imperial College Innovations Limited and the Company dated on or shortly before the date of this Agreement;
IP Licence in relation to the Company means any license agreement pursuant to which the Company is granted a right to use Intellectual Property or the Company grants a right to use Intellectual Property.
