IP Licence definition

IP Licence means the licence or agreement pursuant to or under which any Intellectual Property is held, used or exploited by any Group member.
IP Licence in relation to the Company means any license agreement pursuant to which the Company is granted a right to use Intellectual Property or the Company grants a right to use Intellectual Property.
IP Licence means the licence attached hereto as Schedule 10;

Examples of IP Licence in a sentence

  • This fee shall be Institution’s total payment obligation under both the Trademark Licence Agreement and this IP Licence Agreement for any Higher National Qualification which uses Pearson IP.

More Definitions of IP Licence

IP Licence means the intellectual property licence agreement between Imperial College Innovations Limited and the Company dated on or shortly before the date of this Agreement;
