IRS Interest Rate definition

IRS Interest Rate means the rate of interest imposed from time to time on underpayments of income tax pursuant to Code section 6621(a)(2).

IRS Interest Rate means the annual rate of interest on 30-year Treasury Securities as specified by the Commissioner for the November (the look-back month) preceding the Stability Period.
