ISDA Master Agreement and Schedule definition

ISDA Master Agreement and Schedule means the 2002 standard master agreement and schedule as published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. to document derivatives transaction. For purposes herein and for the avoidance of doubt, “ISDA Master Agreement and Schedule” shall not include any related “Transaction” as defined therein.

ISDA Master Agreement and Schedule. Each Interest Rate Hedge Mechanism must be entered into pursuant to an ISDA Master Agreement and Schedule in the form attached hereto as Exhibit J, which provide that (i) if the Collateral Agent is not the beneficiary thereof, all of Recco's rights (but none of its obligations) under the Interest Rate Hedge Mechanism have been assigned to the Collateral Agent as collateral under the Security Agreement and (ii) the counterparty shall promptly notify the Collateral Agent and the Controlling Party of any amendment, waiver, termination or other modification of such ISDA Master Agreement or Schedule or any confirmation related thereto.

  • ISDA Definitions means the 2006 ISDA Definitions published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. or any successor thereto, as amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor definitional booklet for interest rate derivatives published from time to time by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. or such successor thereto.

  • Transaction Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • Appendices has the meaning ascribed to it in the recitals to the Agreement.

  • 2006 ISDA Definitions means, in relation to a Series of Notes, the 2006 ISDA Definitions (as supplemented, amended and updated as at the date of issue of the first Tranche of the Notes of such Series) as published by ISDA (copies of which may be obtained from ISDA at www.isda.org);

  • Swap Transaction means the swap transaction with an effective date of 22 October 2015 entered into between the Issuer and the Counterparty pursuant to a 2002 ISDA Master Agreement and Schedule thereto (in the form of the Swap Schedule Terms Module, July 2015 Edition) dated as of 30 September 2015 and governed by English law (the “Master Agreement”) as supplemented by a swap transaction confirmation with an effective date of 22 October 2015, in the form set out in Annex 1 hereto as amended and/or restated from time to time (the “Swap Transaction Confirmation”).

  • Netting Agreement means a netting agreement, master netting agreement or other similar document having the same effect as a netting agreement or master netting agreement and, as applicable, any collateral annex, security agreement or other similar document related to any master netting agreement or Permitted Contract.
