Utilities Act definition

Utilities Act means the Utilities Act 2000;
Utilities Act. ’ means the Utilities Act 2000 as amended or re-enacted from time to time and all subordinate legislation made pursuant thereto; and
Utilities Act means the Utilities Xxx 0000 as amended or re-enacted from time to time and all subordinate legislation made pursuant thereto.
