Issue File definition

Issue File means the file containing the check number, dollar amount, payee and account number of Integrated Payables Checks used to update our records or the records of another bank holding the Disbursement Account to assist in detecting exception items as Integrated Payables Checks are presented for payment.
Issue File means, with respect to Standard Check Inspect, a list submitted by you to us, as updated from time to time in accordance with our rules and guidelines, in an electronic readable format prescribed by us, of your duly issued checks drawn on your Check Inspect DDA, describing each check by its serial number and amount.
Issue File means the file sent from FLAIR to the Contractor that contains new or updated Warrant information for Warrant issues, stop payments, and cancellations.

Examples of Issue File in a sentence

  • Exception Checks presented to the Bank that do not appear on or match to the Check Issue File are identified, presented to the Customer and must be “decisioned” each day.

Issue File means an electronic file you transmit to us that describes checks drawn by you on a specific Authorized Account.

  • Case file means a record that is assembled and maintained for each application approved for state cost sharing.

  • Custodial File As to each Mortgage Loan, any mortgage loan documents which are delivered to the Custodian or which at any time come into the possession of the Custodian as set forth in Section 2 of this Custodial Agreement.

  • Mortgage File The mortgage documents listed in Section 2.01 pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement.
