Any notation on the Register to reflect the amount of any increase or decrease in the Principal Amount Outstanding of the Current Issuer Notes represented by a Global Note Certificate shall be made by or on behalf of the Registrar in accordance with such Global Note Certificate and the Current Issuer Paying Agent and Agent Bank Agreement.
Title to the Current Issuer Notes shall only pass by and upon the registration in the Register in respect thereof in accordance with the provisions of the Current Issuer Paying Agent and Agent Bank Agreement.

All transfers of Definitive Notes are subject to any restrictions on transfer set forth on such Definitive Notes and the detailed regulations concerning transfers in the Master Issuer Paying Agent and Agent Bank Agreement.
