IT Supplies definition

IT Supplies means any services, Software, Hardware and/or other information technology product which We have agreed to supply to You under, and is described in, a Statement of Works;
IT Supplies means any services, Software, Hardware or Third Party Support which we have agreed to supply to you in an Order and/or Statement of Work;
IT Supplies means any services, Software, Hardware and/or other information technology product which We have agreed to supply to the client under, and is described in, a Statement of Works.

  • IT Supplies: Supplies such as thumb drives, compact disks (CDs), printer ribbons, cables, containers, reels, computer paper, tabulating paper and paper tape.

  • Clause 6.3 shall apply if any part of the IT Supplies is provided on a time-and-materials basis, and clauses 6.4 and 6.5 shall apply where the IT Supplies are provided for a fixed price.

  • Section 26 of Appendix A, Standard Contract Terms and Conditions for IT Supplies and Related Services, will remain as originally posted.

  • If MTI request a change to the scope of the IT Supplies, You shall not unreasonably withhold or delay consent to it.

  • Any contract resulting from this IFB will commence on the effective date, as defined in Appendix A, Standard Contract Terms and Conditions for IT Supplies and Related Services, and will end in three (3) years, with two (2) optional renewal years.

  • Where the Statement of Works provides that any of the IT Supplies are provided for a fixed price the Fees shall be the amount set out in the Statement of Works.

Related to IT Supplies

  • Relevant Supplier shall have the meaning set out in Clause 7.1;

  • Medical equipment supplier means any person, as defined in § 1-230, engaged in the delivery to the ultimate consumer, pursuant to the lawful order of a practitioner, of hypodermic syringes and needles, medicinal oxygen, Schedule VI controlled devices, those Schedule VI controlled substances with no medicinal properties that are used for the operation and cleaning of medical equipment, solutions for peritoneal dialysis, and sterile water or saline for irrigation.

  • exempt supply means supply of any goods or services or both which attracts nil rate of tax or which may be wholly exempt from tax under section 11, or under section 6 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, and includes non-taxable supply;

  • Replacement Supplier means any third party provider of Replacement Goods and/or Services appointed by or at the direction of the Authority from time to time;

  • Raw Materials means all raw materials, supplies, components and packaging necessary to manufacture and ship the Product in accordance with the Specifications, as provided in Exhibit A, but not including the API.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • Cost of materials means the cost of components, parts or materials which are intended for the production, manufacturing or assembling of the goods bid for and which are not produced, manufactured or assembled in the factory where the production, manufacture or assembly of such goods occurs, including freight, landing costs, port charges, import duties and other import costs of such components, parts or materials and all costs in connection with the handling and transport thereof prior to delivery at that factory;

  • Routine patient care costs means Covered Medical Expenses which are typically provided absent a clinical trial and not otherwise excluded under the Policy. Routine patient care costs do not include:

  • Raw material means any unprocessed material in its raw or natural state that is intended to become part of the components of a cannabis product.

  • Bondable stranded costs rate order means one or more

  • Specified Equipment means the railway vehicles which the Train Operator is entitled to use in the provision of Services on the Network, as specified in paragraph 4 of Schedule 5;
