Replacement Supplier definition

Replacement Supplier means any third party provider of Replacement Goods and/or Services appointed by or at the direction of the Authority from time to time;
Replacement Supplier means any third party provider of Replacement Services appointed by or at the direction of the Customer from time to time or where the Customer is providing Replacement Services for its own account, shall also include the Customer;

Examples of Replacement Supplier in a sentence

  • Where a provision in this Contract Schedule 5 imposes an obligation on the Supplier to provide an indemnity, undertaking or warranty, the Supplier shall procure that each of its Sub-Contractors shall comply with such obligation and provide such indemnity, undertaking or warranty to the Customer, Former Supplier, Replacement Supplier or Replacement Sub-Contractor, as the case may be.

  • The Supplier shall not take any step (expressly or implicitly and directly or indirectly by itself or through any other person) to dissuade or discourage any employees engaged in the provision of the Goods and/or Services from transferring their employment to the Customer and/or the Replacement Supplier.

  • The Supplier shall immediately notify the Customer or, at the direction of the Customer, the Replacement Supplier of any period of notice given by the Supplier or received from any person referred to in the Staffing Information, regardless of when such notice takes effect.

  • During the Termination Assistance Period, the Supplier shall give the Customer and/or the Replacement Supplier reasonable access to the Suppliers personnel to present the case for transferring their employment to the Customer and/or the Replacement Supplier.
