ITAR Notice definition

ITAR Notice is defined in Section 6.8.
ITAR Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4.
ITAR Notice means written notice to the DDTC by the Company pursuant to §122.4(b) of the ITAR of the change inforeign ownershipof the Company, as that term is defined in the ITAR.

Examples of ITAR Notice in a sentence

  • The Company shall submit an ITAR Notice with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Stockholder Representative, to the State Department, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, within five days after the Closing Date.

  • Each of Seller and Buyer shall submit an ITAR Notice with respect to the Transactions, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to both Seller and Buyer, to the State Department, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, within five calendar days after the Closing Date.
