Party Software definition

Party Software means software or SaaS that is owned by a party other than either You or Us which may be supplied under this Agreement as specified in a Statement of Work;
Party Software means software that is developed for general commercial use, available to the public or not developed for HSD. Third-Party Software includes, without limitation, commercial off-the-shelf software, operating system software, and application software, tools and utilities.
Party Software means any Software that is not owned by us, including without limitation open-source software. Working Day has the meaning set out in the Companies Xxx 0000.

  • Certain RIM Services or features of Software may include “social” functionality that allows You to make Yourself discoverable and connect with other individuals, and to improve or enhance Your experience with RIM Services or Software, or Third Party Software or Third Party Services that are integrated with the social functionality made available by RIM.

Party Software means any software which is owned by a third party, and is provided by either Xxxxx or the Client, and forms part of the Learning Management System; Totara Learning means the owner of the Totara Platform, as stated in the Totara Subscription Agreement. Virus means any software, code, file, programme, or similar, which may: a. prevent, impair or otherwise adversely affect the operation of any computer software, hardware or network, any telecommunications service, equipment or network or any other service or device; b. prevent, impair or otherwise adversely affect access to or the operation of any programme or data, including the reliability of any programme or data (whether by re-arranging, altering or erasing the programme or data in whole or part or otherwise); c. or adversely affect the user experience, including worms, trojan horses, viruses and other similar things or devices. User means a person under the direction or authorisation of the Client who may access and use the Learning Management System during the Term. Working Day means any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in the Territory. Working Hour means the hours between 09:00 and 17:00 in the Territory on a Working Day.
Party Software means software licensed by third parties including software licensed under open source Licenses such as those approved by the Open Source initiative; Specialised Compute means the cloud-based computation resources required to solve problems other than the conversion of files to UDS format. These resources may include, but are not limited to, processes to manipulate scenes or AI algorithms; Storage means the cost of storing files in the cloud. This cost includes hosting UDS files that are created as part of a conversion process needed to stream visualisations; storage is available in two formats; Archive Storage and Hosted Storage. Archive Storage is long term storage of data. Retrieval from Archive Storage incurs additional time and costs as per the pricing schedule found at xxxxx://xxx. xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxxxxx/. Hosted Storage is data that is always ready to be streamed or downloaded.
Party Software means the Applications Software and System Software used to provide the Services, which are provided under license to IBM or SCA by a Third Party, and includes any related software and ongoing services (e.g., maintenance and support services, upgrades, subscription services) provided by third parties.
