Joint Booking Platform definition

Joint Booking Platform or "JBP" means the joint web based platform operated by the JBP Operator and used to offer, obtain and allocate IP Capacity pursuant to Capacity Auctions and to execute IP Capacity Trades;
Joint Booking Platform has the meaning given in Section B paragraph 1.4(b) of the IUK Access Code;
Joint Booking Platform means the web based platform used to offer, obtain and trade IP Capacity, such platform being the PRISMA capacity platform.

  • This Annex sets out rules that apply to Capacity Auctions held on the Joint Booking Platform.

  • Additionally, subsection (2) of M.C.L. 15.322 sets forth four scenarios that specifically limit a public servant’s ability to solicit a contract for a public entity which he or she is serving.

  • Internet Access means a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail or other services over the internet. Internet access does not include telecommunication services provided by a common carrier.
