Joint Communications means events, news releases, and signage that relate to the Agreement or the Bilateral Agreement, or both, that are not operational in nature, and that are collaboratively developed and approved by,
Joint Communications are events, news releases, and signage that relate to the promotion of the Program and/or Projects and are collaboratively developed and approved by Canada, the Province and the Recipient, and are not operational in nature.
Joint Communications means events, news releases, and signage that relate to this Agreement and are collaboratively developed and approved by Canada, Ontario and, where applicable, the Ultimate Recipient, and are not operational in nature.

Examples of Joint Communications in a sentence

Related to Joint Communications

  • Ex parte communication ’ means an oral or written communication not on the pub- lic record with respect to which reasonable prior notice to all parties is not given, but it shall not include requests for status reports on any matter or proceeding covered by this sub- chapter.
