The Parties, through the Joint Committee, the Committee on Trade in Goods, Rules of Origin and Customs Procedures, or another relevant subsidiary body, shall commence a review of this Chapter within three years of entry into force of this Agreement and submit a final report to the Joint Implementation Committee, including any recommendations, within four years of entry into force of this Agreement.
