Joint Site definition

Joint Site means one or more Internet sites available from HealthGate Sites containing HealthStream Services. The Joint Sites are also said to be a subset of HealthStream Sites. Joint Sites will contain branding from both HealthStream and HealthGate.
Joint Site is a World Wide Web site that PLIC and Sherlock will jointly create, operate, link to, and share as defined in section 5.3 below.

Examples of Joint Site in a sentence

  • HealthGate will include the use of the HealthStream trademark logo on all HealthGate marketing materials that reference the services provided by the Joint Site.

  • The Joint Site Safety committee minutes format shall be developed by the Safety Advisory Council and shall be the same for all Site Joint Safety Committee meetings.

  • The Relay Method is used where either logistic and/or resources issues make the Joint Site Meeting Method unviable.

  • The Joint Site will be a subset of HealthStream Sites residing at a HealthStream Server Facility.

  • HealthStream may, at its option and expense, either obtain the right to continue usage of affected HealthStream Courses free of any claim of infringement, modify such HealthStream Courses so that affected HealthStream Courses is not subject to a claim of infringement, or remove the affected HealthStream Courses from the Joint Site.

  • Within 30 days after completion of the Joint Site Development Plan, the Parties will cooperate to initiate the process to adjust the boundary line as agreed in the Joint Site Development Plan through a boundary line adjustment.

  • The Joint Site will be operational on or before one month following the Effective Date.

Related to Joint Site

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Plant Site (Works, Factory) means the local integration of one or more plants, with any intermediate administrative levels, which are under one operational control, and includes common infrastructure, such as:

  • Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Resort Site means that part of Burswood Island as is shown bordered red on Lands and Surveys Miscellaneous Plan 1512 but does not include the Site;

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • City’s Site means any land and/or premises owned by the City on which or in respect of which the Services are performed by the Consultant;

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Licensed Site means a place in any authorised street at which street trading may be engaged in by a Licence Holder, and includes any temporary alternative place approved by the Council or a duly authorised Officer of the Council.

  • Licensed facility means a facility licensed by the department under section 137 or an adult foster care facility.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Lot area means the total horizontal area within the lot lines of a lot.

  • Project Area means land or lands located within the incentive

  • Easement Area means the area which is hatched on the plan.

  • Adjacent area means the area outside the affected area or permit area where air, surface or ground water, fish, wildlife, vegetation or other resources protected by Chapter 1513. of the Revised Code, determined according to the context in which "adjacent area" is used, are or reasonably could be expected to be adversely affected by proposed coal mining and reclamation operations including probable impacts from underground workings. With respect to underground mining operations, "adjacent area" shall include, at a minimum, the surface areas above full coal recovery areas.

  • Off-site means located outside the property boundary described in the permit application.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • The Works/ Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

  • Permit area means the area constituted by the blocks that are the subject of a permit;

  • Licensed Property means the portion of the Software and the Documentation to which Customer has purchased a License as identified on an applicable Order. Licensed Property shall include any updates or upgrades to the Licensed Property that AvePoint may at its discretion deliver to Customer.
