Joint Site definition

Joint Site means one or more Internet sites available from HealthGate Sites containing HealthStream Services. The Joint Sites are also said to be a subset of HealthStream Sites. Joint Sites will contain branding from both HealthStream and HealthGate.
Joint Site is a World Wide Web site that PLIC and Sherlock will jointly create, operate, link to, and share as defined in section 5.3 below.

  • During the Term and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sherlock grants PLIC a non-exclusive, non-sublicenseable license to use Sherlock's Marks in links to and advertisements and promotions for the Sherlock Site and Joint Site.

  • The Parties agree to share equally in the Advertising Net Revenues from such Joint Site.

  • The Parties anticipate that the Joint Site shall be hosted by PLIC.

  • During the Term and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, PLIC grants Sherlock a non-exclusive, non-sublicenseable license to use the PLIC Marks on the Sherlock Site and Joint Site.

  • In the event that PLIC concludes an agreement with Guardian, PLIC shall market the Joint Site to Guardian members.

  • The Parties shall be jointly responsible for the design, content, hosting and management of a Joint Site.

  • As between Sherlock and PLIC, the Parties acknowledge that the Parties are joint owners of all right, title and interest in and to all Intellectual Property rights with respect to: (a) all graphic, textual, audio and audiovisual content on the Joint Site, excluding only each Party's Marks; (b) all underlying programming and coding to the Joint Sites; and (c) any modifications to the foregoing or Derivative Works created therefrom.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Plant Site (Works, Factory) means the local integration of one or more plants, with any intermediate administrative levels, which are under one operational control, and includes common infrastructure, such as:

  • Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Resort Site means that part of Burswood Island as is shown bordered red on Lands and Surveys Miscellaneous Plan 1512 but does not include the Site;

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Licensed Site means a place in any authorised street at which street trading may be engaged in by a Licence Holder, and includes any temporary alternative place approved by the Council or a duly authorised Officer of the Council.

  • mine site means the mining lease the accommodation area and other areas provided for the facilities of the Company in the vicinity of the mining lease;

  • Study Site means the location(s) under the control of the Institution where the Study is actually conducted as set out in Schedule 1.

  • Licensed facility means a facility licensed by the department under section 137 or an adult foster care facility.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Project Area means THE AREA WHERE WORK IS BEING PERFORMED FOR THE CITY OF SUFFOLK, VIRGINIA.

  • Easement Area means the area of the servient lot marked on the survey-strata plan as being subject to the relevant easement; and

  • Adjacent area means the area outside the affected area or permit area where air, surface or ground water, fish, wildlife, vegetation or other resources protected by Chapter 1513. of the Revised Code, determined according to the context in which "adjacent area" is used, are or reasonably could be expected to be adversely affected by proposed coal mining and reclamation operations including probable impacts from underground workings. With respect to underground mining operations, "adjacent area" shall include, at a minimum, the surface areas above full coal recovery areas.

  • Off-site means located outside the property boundary described in the permit application.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.
