  • Commencing within ten (10) days after the date hereof, the parties shall cause their representatives to meet as a committee (the "Joint Transition Team") as necessary to jointly plan and manage the transition of the Transferred Antibody Collection Business from the Seller to the Buyer.

  • Project Steering Committee or “PSC” means the committee referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement;
