Joint Transition Team definition

Joint Transition Team or “JTT” means the transition team as more fully described in Section 5.1 (Joint Transition Team).
Joint Transition Team is defined in Section 8.17.
Joint Transition Team shall have the meaning given such term in the LAPA.

  • Each Party shall designate personnel to the Joint Transition Team (as defined in the Share Purchase Agreement) who shall be responsible for coordinating the technology transfer activities under the Technology Transfer Plan.

  • The Joint Transition Team will be composed of representatives of each Party; provided that neither Party may appoint more than [***] representatives to the Joint Transition Team.

  • The Joint Transition Team will be co-chaired by one designated representative of each Party.
