Joint Venture Business definition

Joint Venture Business means any Person with whom the Company or any Group Company has entered into a joint venture whether under the terms of a joint venture agreement or otherwise.
Joint Venture Business means, the Century Business, the Parnassos Business, the Western Business or the Group 1 Remainder Business, as applicable.
Joint Venture Business has the meaning set forth in this Section 3.2.

More Definitions of Joint Venture Business
