Upon expiry of the Joint Venture Term, the Parties may consult to each other and decide to apply for extension of the Joint Venture Term.
The rights and obligations of the Parties established by and under this Contract shall continue to exist throughout the Joint Venture Term and shall not be prejudiced by the establishment of the Company, the adoption of the Articles of Association or the execution of any of the contracts contemplated herein.
If the Investing Parties unanimously agree to extend the Joint Venture Term, and after a resolution to that effect is adopted at a Board meeting, a written application shall be submitted to the Examination and Approval Authority six (6) months prior to expiry of the Joint Venture Term.
If the Board unanimously approves the extension of the Joint Venture Term, the Company shall apply to the Examination and Approval Authority for approval no less than six (6) months prior to the expiration of the Joint Venture Term.
The Joint Venture Term of the EJV shall be 10 years from the Establishment Date.
