Joint Venture Term definition

Joint Venture Term means the term set forth in Section 18.2 hereunder or that term as may be extended or shortened pursuant to Section 18.2 or Section 18.4 hereunder.
Joint Venture Term means the duration of the Company as provided for in Article 16 hereof.
Joint Venture Term means the term of this Contract as set forth in Article 17.01 hereof including any extensions of such term pursuant to Article 17.02 hereof.
