Jointly awarded Degree means a programme of study or research that is jointly developed, delivered and quality assured by the University of Sheffield in conjunction with one or more partner institutions and leads to a Degree awarded by the University of Sheffield in conjunction with the partner institution(s) to a student who has met, in the case of a programme of study, the University of Sheffield minimum credit threshold, or, in the case of a programme of research, the University of Sheffield’s requirements for research away from the University;
Jointly awarded Degree means the single award identified in the Programme Schedule to be conferred by the Degree Awarding CPUs, in the combinations defined by the Study track choices and issued on behalf of the Degree Awarding CPUs to the Student by the AI UoG;

  • Company Restricted Stock Unit means any restricted stock unit award subject to service-based vesting, payable in shares of Company Common Stock or the value of which is determined with reference to the value of shares of Company Common Stock, whether granted under a Company Stock Plan or otherwise.

  • Full Value Award means an Award other than in the form of an ISO, NQSO, or SAR, and which is settled by the issuance of Shares.

  • Individualized family service plan means a written plan for providing early intervention services to an eligible child and the child’s family.

  • Performance Stock Award means a Stock Award granted under the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(i).

  • RSU means a contractual right granted pursuant to Section 9 that is denominated in Shares. Each RSU represents a right to receive the value of one Share (or a percentage of such value) in cash, Shares or a combination thereof. Awards of RSUs may include the right to receive dividend equivalents.

  • Performance Share Unit or “PSU” means a unit equivalent in value to a Share, credited by means of a bookkeeping entry in the books of the Corporation in accordance with Article 6;

  • Company Restricted Share means each restricted share of Company Common Stock outstanding as of the Effective Time granted pursuant to any equity or compensation plan or arrangement of the Company.

  • Share Unit means a unit credited by means of an entry on the books of the Corporation to a Participant pursuant to the Plan, representing the right to receive, subject to and in accordance with the Plan, for each Vested Share Unit one Share, at the time, in the manner, and subject to the terms, set forth in the Plan and the applicable Grant Agreement;

  • Period of Restriction means the period during which the transfer of Shares of Restricted Stock are subject to restrictions and therefore, the Shares are subject to a substantial risk of forfeiture. Such restrictions may be based on the passage of time, the achievement of target levels of performance, or the occurrence of other events as determined by the Administrator.

  • Restricted Share Unit means the right granted to a Participant pursuant to Article 7 to receive a Share at a future date.

  • Change in Control of the Company means the occurrence of any of the following events:

  • Shared Transport is defined as local interoffice transmission facilities shared by more than one Carrier, including Qwest, between End Office Switches, between End Office Switches and Tandem Switches (local and Access Tandem Switches), and between Tandem Switches within the Local Calling Area, as described more fully in the Agreement.

  • Deferred Share Unit or “DSU” means a unit equivalent in value to a Share, credited by means of a bookkeeping entry in the books of the Corporation in accordance with Article 7;

  • Stock Unit means a bookkeeping entry representing the equivalent of one Common Share, as awarded under the Plan.

  • Dividend Equivalent Unit means the right to receive a payment, in cash or Shares, equal to the cash dividends or other cash distributions paid with respect to a Share.

  • Phantom Shares means an Award of the right to receive Shares issued at the end of a Restricted Period which is granted pursuant to Section 6(e) of the Plan.
