MINIMUM CREDIT. 11.1 If your SIM card is active but your Credit balance is zero: (a) you can receive calls and SMS; (b) you can make calls that are designated as free e.g. to emergency services; (c) you can make calls to ALDImobile Customer Care on 1300 989 000 or 2534; (d) you can send an SMS to ‘590’ to Recharge your account – but you cannot otherwise use the Service. 11.2 You must have sufficient Credits on your account to make outgoing calls, send SMS or MMS, or to use other ALDImobile services. 11.3 You cannot make a call or send an SMS or MMS if the Credits in your account are less than the cost of the call, SMS or MMS, except to emergency services, or to Recharge. 11.4 You cannot use data unless you have data Credits under any Plan, (including any Data Top Ups), or sufficient PAYG Base Plan Credits for the data session. In this case, you will be unable to use your handset to Recharge using our website or the ALDImobile App. 11.5 We may terminate a call or data session without notice if your Credits run out during the call or data session. 11.6 If your Credits are running low, we may send a low balance alert, but we are not obliged to.

MINIMUM CREDIT. If the total of all credits to be made pursuant to Sections 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3 to the Account established under Section 4.1, determined as of the date of the Employee's termination of employment with the Employer for any reason other than Cause (the "Total Credits"), is less than the Minimum Amount, an additional credit shall be made to such Account pursuant to this Section 3.4. Such additional credit shall equal the Minimum Amount, less the Total Credits, and shall be made as of the date of the termination of the Employee's employment with the Employer. MINIMUM CREDIT. For all international Students the minimum credit to be maintained will always be ZAR 30 000 in their account. For all local students the minimum credit to be maintained will be ZAR 10 000 in their account. All forms of training will cease if the minimum credit balance is below the abovementioned amount. Training will recommence once sufficient funds are available in the Student’s account. The minimum credit amount with be utilised towards the end of the Students Training contract.
MINIMUM CREDIT. (a) You must have a Mobile Plan or Wearable Plan on your Service to make outgoing calls, send SMS or MMS and use data. (b) If your SIM card has been activated but your Mobile or Wearable Plan has expired: (i) you can receive calls and SMS; (ii) you can make calls that are designated as free e.g. to emergency services; and (iii) you can make calls to Konec on 1300 4 KONEC (1300 456 632), but you cannot otherwise use the Service. (c) You cannot use data unless you have data Credits under any Mobile Plan or Wearable Plan (including any Data Pack, Data Gift, Data Bank (if applicable). If your data runs out during a data session, that session will be automatically terminated. If you have no data, you will need to access a Wi-Fi connection on your handset to Recharge via our website or app. (d) You cannot send an international SMS or non-video MMS if the Credits in your PAYG Pack are less than the cost of the SMS or non-video MMS. (e) You cannot make an international call unless you have remaining minutes in your purchased International Calling Pack. If the minutes run out during an international call, it will be automatically terminated.
MINIMUM CREDIT. (1) When a pilot returns to his/her domicile from a trip, the pilot will be credited with flight time credit as determined in the following manner: (a) The credit for each leg of the trip will be the greater of actual block-to-block or scheduled block- to-block time on each leg. (b) Additional credit resulting from the application of the provisions of (A)(7) of this Section will be added to the greater of the actual block-to-block or scheduled block-to-block time on each leg. (c) The amounts computed in (a) and (b) above for each on- duty period shall be totaled and the result compared with the total averaged credit amount earned under 2(d) below, and the pilot shall be credited with the greater. (d) The amount computed in (c) above for each on-duty period on the trip shall be totaled and the result compared with the credit earned under (3)(b) below and the pilot shall be credited for purposes of (A)(5) of this section with the greater.

  • Maximum Credit Patheon's liability for Active Materials calculated in accordance with this Section 2.2 for any Product in a Year will not exceed, in the aggregate, the Maximum Credit Value set forth in Schedule D to a Product Agreement.

  • Minimum Availability Borrower shall have minimum availability immediately following the initial funding in the amount set forth on the Schedule.

  • Minimum Excess Availability Borrower shall have Excess Availability under the Revolving Credit Loans facility of not less than the amount specified in the Schedule, after giving effect to the initial advance hereunder and after giving effect to any applicable Loan Reserves against borrowing availability under the Revolving Credit Loans.

  • Minimum Liquidity The Borrower shall not permit Liquidity at any time to be less than $50,000,000.

  • Minimum Commitment If for a certain Service a minimum commitment has been determined in the Agreement, the Customer guarantees to respect the minimum commitment described in the Agreement during the entire period of the Agreement. If the Customer does not respect this minimum commitment, the Customer shall pay the compensation mentioned in the Agreement. If no compensation has been mentioned in the Agreement, the Customer has to pay the applicable Charges for the respective Service, or the average of the applicable Charges if different Charges are applied for the respective Service, per missing number of its minimum commitment. Services that are timely cancelled by the Customer or Services for which the Customer has paid a cancellation fee , do not, even not partly, release the Customer from its obligation to respect the minimum commitment . Services cancelled as due to Force Majeure and Services cancelled by Lineas for other reasons than Force Majeure, will be considered as a Services ordered and paid for by the Customer. Services cancelled by the Customer or by Lineas because of holidays do not, even not partly, release the Customer from its obligation to respect its minimum commitment.

  • Minimum Cash As determined on the first of every calendar month, the Company shall at all times keep on-hand unencumbered, unrestricted cash in an amount greater than or equal to $1,000,000.

  • Excess Availability Borrowers shall have Excess Availability at all times of at least (i) as of any date of determination during the period from July 25, 2016 through and including August 29, 2016, $10,000,000, (ii) as of any date of determination during the period from August 30, 2016 through and including October 17, 2016, $13,000,000, (iii) as of any date of determination during the period from October 18, 2016 through and including October 31, 2016, $17,500,000, and (iv) as of any date of determination during the period from November 1, 2016 through and including December 31, 2016, $20,000,000.

  • Minimum Current Ratio The Borrower will not, as of the last day of any Fiscal Quarter (commencing with the Fiscal Quarter ending June 30, 2018), permit the Current Ratio to be less than 1.00 to 1.00.

  • Undrawn Availability After giving effect to the initial Advances hereunder, Borrowers shall have Undrawn Availability of at least $10,000,000;

  • FUNDING AVAILABILITY This Contract is contingent upon the continued availability of funding. If funds become unavailable through the lack of appropriations, legislative or executive budget cuts, amendment of the Appropriations Act, state agency consolidation or any other disruptions of current appropriations, DFPS will reduce or terminate this Contract.
