Junior Priority Collateral Agent definition

Junior Priority Collateral Agent means Regions Bank, in its capacity as trustee under the indentures governing the Existing Junior-Priority Secured Notes and as collateral agent under the Junior-Priority Collateral Agreement, and any successor thereto in such capacity.

Junior Priority Collateral Agent means the Junior Priority Representative for the holders of any initial Junior Priority Obligations.
