Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
Primary Term means for the purposes of any Service provided under any Schedule of Service under:
Non-Compete Term means in the case of termination for any reason, the period from the Effective Date to the date ending 2 years following the date of termination.
Stated Termination Date means, with respect to the Revolving Credit Facility, March 4, 2027 and, with respect to any Extended Revolving Credit Facility, the maturity date set forth in the Extension Agreement related thereto.
Renewal Period the period described in clause 13.1.
Policy Term means the term of this Policy as specified in the Schedule;
Forbearance Termination Date means the earlier to occur of (i) the closing of a Transaction; (ii) October 31, 2001, or (iii) the date upon which the Forbearance Default occurs.
Period of Extended Hire means any additional period that the Hirer wishes the Agency Worker to be supplied for beyond the duration of the original Assignment or series of assignments as an alternative to paying a Transfer Fee;
Original Term means the period from the Commencement Date until the end of the fiscal year of Lessee in effect at such Commencement Date.
Fixed Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.3.
Service & Term XOOM Energy Ohio, LLC (“XOOM” or “Company”) agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. The Term of this Agreement will begin on the next available meter read date after processing of the request by XOOM and your gas utility, and will continue for the Contract Term as set forth in the accompanying Contract Summary, which is incorporated into this Agreement. Acceptance into the Program:These terms and conditions are subject to your acceptance into the program by both XOOM and your local utility. You will be promptly notified if you are not accepted into the program. Switching fees may apply to you under your local utility’s tariff if you are accepted into the program by both XOOM and your local utility.
Existing Termination Date as defined in Section 2.18.
Initial Termination Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(b).
Early Termination Date means the date determined in accordance with Section 6(a) or 6(b)(iv).
Termination Period means the period of time beginning with a Change in Control and ending on the earlier to occur of (1) two years following such Change in Control or (2) the Executive’s death.
Renewal Date means the effective date of Renewal. The first Renewal Date shall be the date as specified in the Policy Schedule (which shall not be later than the first anniversary of the Policy Effective Date) and the subsequent Renewal Date(s) shall be the anniversary(ies) of the first Renewal Date. The relevant Renewal Date shall be specified in the notification of Renewal in accordance with Section 3 of Part 4.
Period of Agreement means 5 years from the date of Final acceptance of the Project.
Severance Term means the twelve (12) month period following Employee’s termination by the Company without Cause (other than by reason of death or Disability) or by Employee for Good Reason.
Delivery Period Termination Date Has the meaning specified in the Related Pass Through Trust Supplement.
Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.
Mandatory Termination Date means the "Termination Date" set forth under "Investment Summary--Essential Information" in the Prospectus for the Trust.
Resolution Extension Period As defined in Section 2.03(b).
Scheduled Termination Date means the date which is 364 days after the date of this Agreement or such later date specified by the Standby Redraw Facility Provider pursuant to clause 2.3.
Early Termination Effective Date is defined in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.
Base Term Commencing (i) with respect to the Original Premises on the Commencement Date, and (ii) with respect to the Expansion Premises on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, and ending with respect to the entire Premises on June 30, 2019.”
Termination of Directorship means that the Non-Employee Director has ceased to be a director of the Company; except that if a Non-Employee Director becomes an Eligible Employee or a Consultant upon the termination of his or her directorship, his or her ceasing to be a director of the Company shall not be treated as a Termination of Directorship unless and until the Participant has a Termination of Employment or Termination of Consultancy, as the case may be.
