Key Employment Agreements definition

Key Employment Agreements means (i) that certain Executive Employment Agreement dated as of December 8, 1999 between Buyer and Xxxx X. Xxxxxx, and (ii) that certain Service Agreement dated September 20, 1996 between Alliance PLC and Xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, as amended by Supplemental Agreement dated September 20, 1996, Second Supplemental Agreement dated December 1, 1998, and letter agreement dated as of December 8, 1999.

Key Employment Agreements means the employment agreements for the Key Individuals.

Key Employment Agreements has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.01(b).

Examples of Key Employment Agreements in a sentence

• Promptly after execution thereof the Administrative Agent shall have received true and correct copies, certified as such by the Borrower, of the Key Employment Agreements and the Administrative Agent shall be reasonably satisfied with the material terms thereof.

More Definitions of Key Employment Agreements

Key Employment Agreements means those certain employment agreements dated as of the Closing Date between the Company and each of the Key Employees.

Key Employment Agreements means those certain employment agreements by and between the IGE and the Key Employees in the form set forth on E xhibit A.

Key Employment Agreements means the employment agreements to be entered into by and between Buyer and each Key Employee as of the date hereof with effect as of the Closing on such terms as are mutually acceptable to Buyer and the applicable Key Employee.
