Major stationary source means any of the following:
Access Tandem Switch is a Switch used to connect End Office Switches to interexchange Carrier Switches. Qwest's Access Tandem Switches are also used to connect and switch traffic between and among Central Office Switches within the same LATA and may be used for the exchange of local traffic.
Stationary source means any building, structure, facility, or installation which emits or may emit any federally regulated air pollutant.
Data set means an identifiable collection of data;
Key Sub-Contract means each Sub-Contract with a Key Sub-Contractor;
Source Separated means the segregation, by the Generator, of materials designated for separate Collection for some form of Recycling, Composting, recovery, or reuse.
Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.
BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide the Service.
Wireless support structure means a freestanding structure designed to support or capable of supporting small cell wireless facilities. Wireless support structure does not include a utility pole.
Minimum data set means the data required by the Australian Government from Community Care service outlets, in the form prescribed by the Australian Government, which data is shared with the Queensland Government;
Generator Set means a switcher locomotive equipped with multiple engines that can turn off one or more engines to reduce emissions and save fuel depending on the load it is moving.
Transaction Category means the particular type of repurchase transaction effected hereunder, as determined with reference to the term of the transaction and the categories of Securities that constitute Eligible Securities therefor, which term shall include FICASH I Transactions, FICASH II Transactions, FICASH III Transactions, FITERM I Transactions, FITERM II Transactions, FITERM III Transactions, and such other transaction categories as may from time to time be designated by the Funds by notice to Seller, Custodian and Repo Custodian.
Toll Free Service means service provided with any dialing sequence that invokes Toll Free, i.e., 800-like, service processing. Toll Free Service currently includes calls to the Toll Free Service 800/888/877/866 NPA SAC codes. “Toll VoIP-PSTN Traffic” is VoIP-PSTN Traffic that physically originates and terminates in different Local Calling Areas as determined by the Commission.
Behavior Support Plan means the individualized proactive support strategies used to support positive behavior.
Digital Signal Level 0 (DS-0 means the lowest-level signal in the time division multiplex digital hierarchy, and represents a voice-grade channel operating at either the 56 Kbps or 64 Kbps transmission bit rates. There are twenty-four (24) DS-0 channels in a DS-1.
Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.
Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;
Digital Signal Level 1 (DS-1 means the 1.544 Mbps first level signal in the time division multiplex hierarchy.
Free-to-Air Channel or “FTA Channel” means a channel which is declared as such by ZEEL and for which no fee is to be paid by the IPTV Operator to ZEEL for availing signals of such channel.
Local Tandem Switch is a CenturyLink switch used to connect and switch trunk circuits between End Office Switches for traffic within an EAS/Local calling area.
Digital Signal Level 0 or "DS0" means the 64 Kbps zero-level signal in the time-division multiplex hierarchy.
Module means specific portion of the Application Software designated as such in the Documentation made available to the Customer under the Notification Form.
Source separation means the separation of different kinds of solid waste at the place where the waste originates.
Synchronous Optical Network (SONET means the optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC 1/STS 1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.
Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;
Digital Signal Level 3 (DS-3 means the 44.736 Mbps third level signal in the time division multiplex hierarchy.
