Kraft Paper Bag definition

Kraft Paper Bag means a double ply paper bag, without a plastic liner, designated by the City Manager as compostable used for the collection of yard and leaf waste with a dimension not to exceed 40 centimetres by 30 centimetres by 87.5 centimetres;
Kraft Paper Bag means a compostable paper bag designed and manufactured specifically for the handling of Household Organics and/or Yard Waste.
Kraft Paper Bag means a paper yard waste bag made from readily compostable kraft paper, specifically designed for Yard Waste.
