L ien means any mortgage, pledge, encumbrance, easement, restriction, covenant, right-of-way, servitude, lien, charge or other security interest or adverse claim of any kind (including, without limitation, anything analogous to any of the foregoing under the laws of any jurisdiction and any conditional sale or other title retention agreement or lease in the nature thereof);
