Lab Equipment definition

Lab Equipment means the ICB prescribed suite of equipment as described in Exhibit E attached hereto which shall be owned by ICB and licensed for use to Licensee pursuant to the terms herein.
Lab Equipment for PUMHSW shall mean and include all Lab Equipment, literature, materials and articles to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract.
Lab Equipment means the Technology Company prescribed suite of equipment as described in Exhibit C attached hereto which shall be owned by Technology Company and used to perform Tissue Processing pursuant to the terms herein.

  • The contract made as result of this IT will be in accordance with the draft contract published on NUTECH University website and other special conditions (Mentioned in this document) that may be added to given contract for the supply of Mechanical Lab Equipment.

More Definitions of Lab Equipment

Lab Equipment means the tangible assets listed under the heading “Lab Equipment” on Schedule 1.86.

  • Farm equipment means equipment used directly for farming

  • Production equipment (1 7 9) means tooling, templates, jigs, mandrels, moulds, dies, fixtures, alignment mechanisms, test equipment, other machinery and components therefor, limited to those specially designed or modified for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Equipment Room means a space intended for the operation of pool pumps, filters, heaters and controllers.

  • Associated equipment means equipment that is used in conjunction with a radiographic exposure device to make radiographic exposures that drives, guides, or comes in contact with the source, e.g., guide tube, control tube, control (drive) cable, removable source stop, “J” tube and collimator when it is used as an exposure head.

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • Existing Equipment means any items of existing plant or equipment owned or controlled by either Pur- chaser or End-User upon which Supplier is required to perform Services.
