Examples of Labor and Workforce Development Agency Payment in a sentence
Any unapproved amount of Labor and Workforce Development Agency Payment shall be allocated to the NSA and be apportioned to Class Members as described in Paragraph 5 of this Settlement Agreement.
Important definitions: The Net Settlement Amount means the portion of the Class Settlement Amount remaining after deduction of the approved Class Representative Enhancement Payment ($10,000), Claims Administration Costs ($20,000), Labor and Workforce Development Agency Payment ($37,500), the Attorneys’ Fees ($222,250), and Costs ($40,000).
Within twenty (20) calendar days after the Final Effective Date, Defendant will deposit money into an account, through the Settlement Administrator, in an amount equal to the GSA, including the amounts awarded by the Court for the Class Counsel Award, Settlement Administration Costs, Service Award, the Labor and Workforce Development Agency Payment, and Class Member Payments.
If the Labor and Workforce Development Agency Payment approved by the Court is different than the specific amount, it does not give rise to a basis to abrogate this Settlement Agreement.
Defendant retains the right to oppose a request for a Labor and Workforce Development Agency Payment exceeding this amount.
