LWDA Payment definition

LWDA Payment means the 75% share of the PAGA Payment allocated to be paid to the LWDA under Labor Code section 2699, subd. (i).
LWDA Payment means the seventy-five percent (75%) portion of the PAGA Payment payable to the California Labor and Workforce Development Agency (“LWDA”) as the LWDA’s share of the settlement of civil penalties paid under this Agreement pursuant to the PAGA.
LWDA Payment means the payment of Four Thousand and Five 26 Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($4,500.00), to the State of California Labor and 1 Workforce Development Agency for its seventy-five percent (75%) share of the PAGA 2 Allocation.
