LWDA Payment definition

LWDA Payment means the 75% share of the PAGA Payment allocated to be paid to the LWDA under Labor Code section 2699, subd. (i).

LWDA Payment means the seventy-five percent (75%) portion of the PAGA Payment payable to the California Labor and Workforce Development Agency (“LWDA”) as the LWDA’s share of the settlement of civil penalties paid under this Agreement pursuant to the PAGA.

LWDA Payment means the payment of Four Thousand and Five 26 Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($4,500.00), to the State of California Labor and 1 Workforce Development Agency for its seventy-five percent (75%) share of the PAGA 2 Allocation.

Examples of LWDA Payment in a sentence

• If the Court approves an LWDA Payment of less than $100,000, the remainder will be retained in the Net Settlement Amount for distribution to Participating Class Members.

• Any amount of the LWDA Payment requested by Plaintiff but not approved by the Court shall be allocated to the Net Settlement Amount.

More Definitions of LWDA Payment

LWDA Payment means the amount paid to the LWDA as its portion (75%) of the total PAGA penalties allocated to it in this Agreement and approved by the Court. “Net PAGA Amount” means the amount paid to PAGA Members as their portion (25%) of the total PAGA penalties allocated to them in this Agreement and approved by the Court.
