Land Charge Creation Deed definition

Land Charge Creation Deed means any document by means of which the Land Charge is created and which includes, inter alia, an abstract acknowledgement of debt of the Borrower in the amount of the Land Charge (in each case subject to the submission to the immediate enforcement (sofortige Zwangsvollstreckungsunterwerfung) in personam and in rem for the full Land Charge amount), the Borower’s approval for registration (Eintragungsbewilligung) of the Land Charge in the land register, regardless of whether such document will be officially certified (öffentlich beglaubigt) or notarially recorded (notariell beurkundet).

Related to Land Charge Creation Deed

  • Accession Deed means a document substantially in the form set out in Schedule 6 (Form of Accession Deed).

  • RUNNING CHARGE PER KILOMETER means the rates payable against each KM run. and shall be deemed to include all the expenditures of the Transport Supplier viz., cost of fuel, tyre/tube, battery & consumables like lubricants etc. and other maintenance expenditures including accessories involved including GST element as applicable towards movement of the vehicle(s)/equipment.

  • Pass Through Charges means any applicable third party costs or charges relating to the supply and distribution of Energy to the Supply Point(s) including, but not limited to, transportation and distribution use of system charges by the Electricity Distributor or Gas Transporter (as applicable) that are reflected in our tariff;

  • Secured Cash Management Agreement means any Cash Management Agreement that is entered into by and between any Loan Party and any Cash Management Bank.

  • Administrative Charge means, with respect to any Lease, any payment (whether or not part of the fixed monthly payment) payable to the related Lessor representing a disposition fee, a late payment fee, an Extension Fee, an allocation to the related Lessee of insurance premiums, sales, personal property or excise taxes or any other similar charge.
