Land Charge definition

Land Charge means all documents to be executed by the Borrower required for the creation of a first ranking land charge in chapter III over all real property of the Borrower located at Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx, 00000 Dresden, partial area of approximately 199,000 square meters of the parcel (Flurstück) 121/5 in the communal district Wilschdorf, currently file 851 of the land register at the land registry Dresden for Wilschdorf and the security purpose agreement (Zweckbestimmungserklärung) in relation to such land charge.
Land Charge means the first ranking land charge without certificate (Buchgrundschuld) in the amount of EUR 75,000,000 (plus 16% interest p.a. and 10% one-time supplementary payment) created under the Land Charge Creation Deed by which the Borrower will encumber its Property and certain of its assets falling within the statutory scope of the Land Charge (Grundschuldhaftungsverband) in favour of the Bank.

Land Charge means each security interest in land (Buchgrundschuld or Briefgrundschuld) granted in respect of a Property located in Germany, in favour of the Facility Agent in form and substance satisfactory to it.
